1. How can I pay?
To guarantee a smooth checkout experience, we accept all the payment types listed below to pay for your order.

All your payment info will be kept safe thanks to Shopify Payments data encryption. To guarantee a high security level, Shopify Payments is also PCI compliant and supports 3D secure checkouts.
  1. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
When the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. The email will specify the products ordered, the price and the delivery date.
  1. My order was incorrect/damaged/spoiled, how do I sort this?
If your order was incorrect, damaged or spoiled, please, contact us within 8 days of receiving the parcel. You can contact us using the designated form or on 01417715620 (Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm).
  1. How do you deliver?
Our current delivery courier is DPD. Your delivery will be packaged in an insulated box that will keep cool for up to 48 hours unopened. When you will place the order, we’ll ask your delivery information. Please, make sure that the instructions are correct in order to let our driver deliver your order in the place.
  1. Is your packaging temperature controlled?
Yes. Your order will be delivered in one of our insulated Poly Boxes combined with an extra insulation foil that reflects up to 97% of the heat via radiation and reflects 97% of cold air back into the product. This method guarantees our products to be delivered in a temperature-controlled environment preserving freshness and quality.
  1. Is your packaging recyclable?
Our product’s packaging is “mostly recycled” or “widely recycled” with very few exceptions. All our steaks are packaged in a cardboard tray that is fully recycled and covered by two film layers that are widely recycled. For more information check on each product’s page.
  1. I work 9 to 5, can I request a different delivery address?
Yes. When you’ll receive the order confirmation you will be able to track your parcel and to divert it to a different address or to select a safe place.
  1. Do you deliver outside UK?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver outside UK. For more info, check our Delivery Policy page.
  1. How long will my order take to arrive?
The earliest arrival times are as follows:
Orders placed on Monday arrive on Wednesday
Orders placed on Tuesday arrive on Thursday
Orders placed on Wednesday arrive on Friday
Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday arrive on Tuesday

  1. How do you guarantee your animals are treated well?
We have a very close and long relationship with our farmers. This allows us to make sure that our animals are always treated well and that the cattle are provided with a suitable environment and diet and protected from any suffering, injury and disease.
  1. Do your products contain allergens?
You can check the allergens on the website on each product’s page. If you have any further doubt, don’t hesitate to contact us.
  1. How do I know where your meat is from?
All our meat is fully traceable back to farm. On every product label are listed all the traceability information.
