Cooking Instructions
PAN FRY
Remove all packaging. Heat non-stick frying pan to a MEDIUM / HIGH HEAT. Add product. Break up the mince over the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 9-10 minutes. Add a sauce or stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until cooked through. The meat must be thoroughly cooked until juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining. Check the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
