    Our Scottish traditional haggis is perfect to be sliced and served with neeps & tatties. Pair with some whiskey cream sauce for a memorable delicious meal.

    Lamb Lung (20%), Beef Fat, Water, Wheatflour contains Gluten (with Wheatflour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Oatmeal, Lamb Heart (9%), Beef Liver 9%), Dried Onions, Salt, Ground Spices (Black Pepper, Coriander, Ginger, Pimentoes), Spice Extract, Chilli Powder, Raising Agent: E503.

    Storage & Freezing

    Storage: keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, use immediately. 
    Freezing: This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. For best result freeze on day of delivery or before the use by date shown on the front of the pack. Use within three months of freezing. Defrost in a refrigerator ideally in the original packaging. Defrost thoroughly before use.


    Warnings/Important

    IMPORTANT: This product is raw and must be cooked. Handling RAW meat safely Wash hands and dry thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

    Cooking Instructions

    Remove all packaging, including casing and metal clips. Slice haggis into chunks and place into a microwavable dish. Cover with film and pierce. Cook on full power (800w) for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and carefully peel back film. Break up any large chunks of haggis. Recover and return to microwave for further 2 minutes.
    OVEN
    Remove all packaging. Wrap the haggis in foil. Place in an oven proof dish and fill with water to half way up the haggis. Cover with a lid and place in a preheated oven. Cook for 75 mins. Check the water level occasionally  and top up if required.

    Remove from dish and carefully remove foil. Slice and serve with neeps & Tatties
