Storage & Freezing
Storage: keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, use immediately.
Freezing: Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted
IMPORTANT: This product is raw and must be cooked. Handling RAW meat safely Wash hands and dry thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards /utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

Remove all packaging.
GRILL: Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.
SHALLOW FRY: Heat a well oiled frying pan to a medium/high heat. Add the burgers to the pan and cook for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
BBQ: Cook as above then transfer to a prepared barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
