Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C, fan 180°C. Remove sauce sachet and set aside for later use. Place the meatloaf in an ovenproof dish on the middle shelf of a preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes. Drain the juices. Pour the contents of the sachet over the meatloaf and cook for a further 20 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked. Remove meatloaf from the foil and carve into thick slices. Stir the remaining sauce and pour over the meatloaf before serving.
