Storage & Freezing
Storage: keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, use immediately.
Freezing: This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. For best result freeze on day of delivery or before the use by date shown on the front of the pack. Use within three months of freezing. Defrost in a refrigerator ideally in the original packaging. Defrost thoroughly before use.
IMPORTANT: This product is raw and must be cooked. Handling RAW meat safely Wash hands and dry thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards /utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge. .

FRY 10-12 mins
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the pork link sausages to the pan and cook for 3-5 mins before adding the black pudding and steak lorne. Cook for a further 7 mins. Turn occasionally during cooking.
GRILL 10-12 mins
Preheat grill to medium. Line baking tray with tin foil. Place product on tray and cook for 10 to 12 mins. Turn occasionally during cooking.
Ensure product is completely cooked before serving, with no pink meat remaining.
Do not reheat.
