    Two delicious Scotch Racks of Lamb presented in a traditional Guard of Honour style. The Racks (560g) are skillfully French-trimmed and enriched by a flavoursome herb crust (140g) and a rich lamb jus (160g). The perfect choice for your festive dinners.

    Storage & Freezing

    Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge. Once opened, use immediately.
    Freezing: For best results, freeze on day of delivery or before the use by date shown on the front of the pack. Use within three months of freezing. Defrost in a refrigerator ideally in the original packaging. Defrost thoroughly before use.

    Cooking Instructions

    Remove all packaging and place sauce sachets to one side for later use.

    Preheat oven electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6. Separate and transfer racks to baking tray and place on middle shelf of oven and cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Place contents of sachet into microwavable container and heat on full power for 1 minute. Carve between the bones and serve with the Jus.
